How long have you had the fish? How many gallons are in the tank? Are there any other fish in the tank? How often do you make water changes? Do you remove the water from the bottom of the tank? Do you have gravel in the tank? What type of filtration are you using? How often do you clean this filter? How long has the tank been running? How often do you feed your fish?
