Marcelo, can you let us know what kind of substrate you used and fertilizers? Also, the KH of tap and tank water if possible.
As for the fish, you’d be best to not add any for a few weeks… You can let the plants cycle the tank for you.
Unless the plants are decaying, I would not expect them to be the cause of the drop in PH.
