unidentified fish
I purchased a couple of fish for my tank last night and one of the fish ordered was a blue moorei dolphin, however that is not what arrived, it looks like a cross between a shark and a cat fish. It has small whiskers, it is blue in color, actually a nice color. It is also very active, likes to stay by the glass.
It does not have scales at all, it has skin like a shark or cat fish, fins look shark like, shape of face, is flat more cat fish like.
I do have a photo at home of him, he is just weird looking but because I don’t know what he is I am not sure what he likes to eat. He did not come up with the others to eat, I did give him some sinking food and I am not sure if he ate it or the cichlids ate it. (the sinking for is for bottom eaters).
All I was told about him is that he can give off an electric source so that when the cichlids pick on him, he gives them a shock and then they leave him alone…
I know nothing else about him, and the guy that ordered the fish for me never seen anything like him before.
Any help would be appreciated.
