TEST STRIPS

The experts will tell you that they do not work.
For example, go the the Novalek (Kordon) website and search for Dr. Rofen’s comments on strips.
For example, an independent lab ran tests for a different major aquarium/pond chemical manufacturer on all available pH test strips.
The results: a) 80% of the tests were significantly inaccurate. b) The pH were the most accurate of all types of strips c) The shelf life is maybe a year - unopened. d) The shelf life, once opened, is about a month.
Know anyone who uses up the bottle of strips within a month?
If you cannot trust the test results, do not do them.
It goes back to “who checks the checker?”
By the way, that manufacturer still does not sell any strips. They have pride in their products.
