Live OR Frozen Artemia for Coral

Hello everyone, I have recently acquired some stony corals, Galaxea fascicularis. I’ve heard that we should feed them with Artemia to keep them healthy. Should I use frozen ones or culture live ones? Which is better for the corals? Do live ones have more nutritional value? Pls advise. Thank you!
