[AquaticLife] eheim 2217

First, I always like to have 2 filters.
Second, while Eheim might be the highest quality, it comes with a high price as well. For my money I like the Rena Filstar XP3 and XP4 filters. I’ve only had them 2 years so far however. My Eheims and my Rena’s do an […]

[UniQuaria] unidentified fish

Me too, I mean he is neat to watch and stuff, but I don’t want to take chances that he will get hungry and grab an unsuspecting cichlid…

I also called a local pet store and they sell them for around that price too.

I just don’t have a set up for him at all, I […]

[UniQuaria] unidentified fish

Wow.. He sounds like an interesting critter. 10″+ though! Does say uncommon to the hobbyist and expect to pay 20-25 pounds for it, so roughly $40-50. At least you didn’t get taken on the price. Hopefully you can recoup some money in getting rid of him.

[Ponds-Koi] snails

Well.. sell this customer a more frequent maintenance program. Take before/after tests of the water parameters and show the customer how bad their water is for their fish. Explain that they need DAILY 10% to 25% PWC’s (partial water changes) and DAILY filter maintenance to remove the pollutants and waste from the water […]
