Today I had a blister-like growth on the dorsal fin of one of my German Blue angels. Has anyone any experience with something like this? I have isolated the fish in a quarantine tank and have introduced some melafix. Any suggestions? Pic links below.

They can be delicate. Just make sure you buy them from a very reputable store. I had bad luck with quite a few but finally found some healthy ones for sale. I only got one because I was afraid I would lose another, but he is very healthy and sociable.
