Mine arrived also today. “One and Only” plus “AquaCleanse”. It was cold but did not appear frozen. Letting all set to room temp and then adding the AquaCleanse and a hour later adding the One and Only. My fingers are crossed. Good luck Harl and THANKS DR. TIM !!!!

Yes Lenny that is what it looks like. It mostly happens to the larger snails. It is probably like mentioned, the bigger foot making it have more of a suction and the snails being sucked in. I have had to pull the snail (shredded) out of the intake. Not nice believe me. […]

With that kind of strainer, which is very similar to the strainers on most other filter systems, I don’t see how it’s happening. I just did a Google search and do not see where it’s very common either.

He is one and the same person. He used to do quite a bit of speaking at conventions and such for fish folk, but I do not know if he still does. I have not heard of him being on the east Coast in quite some time.
