[AquaticLife] I really messed up this time!

How unlevel is it? Can you take pics from front and side to show it? Do you have hardwood floors, tile, carpeting, other?
If it’s only a little unlevel, it won’t cause any danger but might not be as aesthetically pleasing. Usually, filling the water until the water line is hidden by the […]

[AquaticLife] I really messed up this time!

Wow, I guess I lucked out that my buffet and floor are level. Or at least their lack of levelness cancels each other out. I never would have thought to use a leveler before filling the tank with water. I guess it’s all level, […]

[AquaticLife] Driftwood Cleaning & Curing…. Now, why didn’t I think of this???

Rubber band the brim onto a foot ball or something similar shaped (round) and leave it sit, that’ll bend the brim back without having to hand bend it (and get frustrated when it bends back outward, LOL). Amber

[AquaticLife] OT - DebR’s Dishwasher issue (was -Driftwood Cleaning & Curing…. Now, why didn’t I think of this???)

Other’s have systems built into the doors where you refill them with either liquid spot remover or a tablet and it dispenses it with each […]

[AquaticLife] My Oranda laid eggs

They may not have been fertilized. I wonder if this is why one of them were getting fatter… from filling up with eggs? Did she slim down now? Females will/can still scatter eggs without a male figuring out they are supposed to follow along and fertilize them.. or maybe the males aren’t even […]

[AquaticLife] Heavy Metals

Well.. since you’ll be doing regular PWC’s, that would remove the S.T. and as long as you only dose the proper dosage for the water you are refilling the tank/pond with, then there should never be an excess dosage of S.T. I’ve read in many reputable places that it’s OK to overdose S.T. for short […]
