I paid 40.00 for it, but it was supposed to be a blue dolphin moorii, but obviously it sure is heck not… They sent this thing instead. I obtained it from an importer from Edmonton, he doesn’t have a shop he just imports…
Are they rare???

Sounds like one of the african mormyrids. They are related to elephant nose and “baby whales”.
