Me too, I mean he is neat to watch and stuff, but I don’t want to take chances that he will get hungry and grab an unsuspecting cichlid…

Wow.. He sounds like an interesting critter. 10″+ though! Does say uncommon to the hobbyist and expect to pay 20-25 pounds for it, so roughly $40-50. At least you didn’t get taken on the price. Hopefully you can recoup some money in getting rid of him.
what kind is it?…..there’s few kinds, mine is :German Blue Rams. These kinds are more expensive than Dwarf or Bolivia Rams. I have 3 ( 1 male/ 2 females) in my 150 tank, They are nice & peaceful fish & loves company!. Jack

In 37 years I have never heard of a ram angel and I don’t remember seeing this name on anyu import lists or florida lists. Do you have a picture of the fish? My personal opinion about fish alone is, they are like people they like company.

No I didn’t see the size they get to be, how big do they get to be?
I think I have someone near me willing to buy it from me, which is awesome… I don’t want anything that can be that mean or eat my expensive cichlids… and some are expensive…
