Turn the filter on. It will help remove some of those particles. If you let them settle, they will always be there. If you filter them out they will be gone….I would change the floss . pad in your filter after three or four days. A diatom filter will remove those particles as well. I have never been without a diatom for the 37 years I’ve been keeping fish. Lonny
