Re- [Ponds-Koi] WATER?!? YEH, RIGHT!
I really think this issue is subjective to the person taking the tests. I think it would be easy for the strips to measure drastic highs or lows than accurate to the decimal point because you have to match the color on the strip to the color on the container or chart and as many of us know that not all people see colors the same. what might look right on the money to me might look off to some one else.
I think the test kits are a little easier to read because you are looking through a clear tube and not a solid paper test strip. to me the colors are easier to read that way but I am sure others find the strips easier to read.. That is why I think it is subjective to the person reading the strips or kits.
