Question, problem with my pond.
David,
1. We stopped feeding a few days ago, when the problem began to really worry me, and have since changed about 75% of the water. 2. Water source tested, and tests at O. 3. No ammonia binder, the only thing that has been added is Stress Coat when added new water. 4. The pond was put in last year, and we have not had a problem until recently.
The fish do not have red fins, and are not gasping for air, but they are spending alot of time at the bottom. When you approach the pond they will come up, but when you leave will go back to the bottom. These are goldfish, maybe 5 inches, and there are 4 of them. The filter said for 1600 gallon pond and the pump for 900 gallons. There is a waterfall and a ubbler in the middle of the pond.
