Pond plants
Summer’s coming and we want to be sure our koi have some shade. We want to add some lilies. Is there any way to keep them from eating the plants? Or are there certain plants that are aren’t as delicious?
Our chagoi is the largest koi in our pond, we only have 7 koi. He’s pretty calm and gentle but we noticed that he gently nudges the others with his mouth. Is this actually ‘dominant’ behavior? We see him doing this espcecially when they’re eating.
