new to the group
hi everyone,
Im new to the group. I live in the Philippines, a tropical country where we have abundant tropical fish. I used to be in the business of breeding fresh tropical fish 3 years ago. I was breeding goldfish, carps(koi), cyclids, barbs, and live bearers. My specialty although is in live bearers as I like the colors of these small fish and their swift swimming. Makes an aquarium very lively.
I stopped the business 3 years ago when a strong typhoon and flood destroyed my fish farm. I still breed some live bearers in concrete ponds…swordtails and guppy mostly, as a hobby.
Joined the group for sharing of ideas in connection to tropical fish. I would like to have an aquiruim some time, but would like to try saltwater fish for a change. The colors are simply magnificent!!
I might be able to drop in a couple of days in a week as my work entails me to be in the field always. I’m a Farmer and Real Estate Consultant by profession.
