Mother Nature did a PWC for me.
Well, looks like West Texas has our seasons backwards again. after Winter left we right into Summer with temps breaking the 100 degree mark more times than I can count on all fingers. We have gone back to spring we have had rain every night this week with the worst last night. We had over 2 inches of rain in a few hours according to one of the local radio stations rain guage.
When I went out on the deck this morning I learned this rain was mother nature doing a PWC of my deck pond for me. It had rained so much that water was running over the lip of the pond in the lowest spot. It was not to much just like a natural skimmer. the plants and fish all looked good and seemed to be enjoying the rain and influx of non tap water.
We are expecting the same tonight so maybe mother nature will hook my deck pond up again.
