koi clay
Hello all, I just have a question about koi clay. I have used it before but I have always mixed it with pond water and put it around the edges. I also mix their food in it. Where my question comes in at is the last two times I have put it in, I just put some in where they come to eat. My one koi is yellow and black more black than yellow but when I put the clay in she turns more yellow. She swims through it and swishes her tail harder than normal and stirs it all up and just goes back and forth through it. She almost acts like a cat with catnip. Has anyone else seen this behavior before? Should I not just put it in like that? Thankyou in advance, Aimee
