Indoor koi pond shape and size

when I had my store front I had 3 indoor Koi Ponds. Each running about 150 gallons and containing a different price range of Koi. I’m also building one now for quarentine purpose of new arrival fish from Japan. Yes I’m actualy doing a shipment now again since I cannot find anything good localy.
The pond I’m building in my basement is roughly 7′ X 4′ X 3′. Im going to use it for quaranteening of new fish as well as a winter holding facility for best fish. In my store this sized pond would hold roughly 100 4″ Koi or 50 6″ Koi, or 20 8″ Koi. I seldom had any larger than 8″ unless it was fall and I was taking in other people free Koi.
But for indoor ponds a square pond is the easiest for construction.
