If the fish are in an aquarium, then raising the water temperature to above 90f for a week or so should do it. Ich don’t survive (well) above 90f.
Just make sure there is plenty circulation/aeration as water’s capacity to carry oxygen lowers rapidly as temperature rises and fish will get stressed in low oxygen conditions.
