No salt. Feed just once a day - very, very small amount. This is a new tank… do everything slowly including feeding.
I’d wait at least 2 weeks - one BIG reason is to let the little Harlequins settle in. This translates into “watch the fish for health problems.” You have used this tank as your quarantine tank - so you have to Wait and Watch.
When you get more fish - do you have a quarantine tank for them?
Waiting a couple of weeks will give you time to get a little 10 gallon tank to set up for this very important purpose.
You do not want to add sick or disease/ parasite carrying fish to your 55

Excellent choice with the little Harlequins. This is a favorite fish of mine. My bet is you will see some coloring up of the little school as the fish settle in. Then that reflective color will show even more. Congratulations on your first fishes.
