homemade plant protector from hula hoop
Does anyone have directions (or links to directions) on how to make a DIY water hyacinth/lettuce root protector ring from a hula hoop and (what kind of netting/fabric???)???? I’ve seen them before or read about how to make them before but have Googled all afternoon and cannot find anything except premade ones for sale. I have two hula hoops and need to know what kind of fabric/net to buy and how to connect it to the hula hoop. The kind that you weight down in the middle to anchor it in one place. The bird netting at Lowes has too large holes - my smaller fish would swim through the holes and I’m afraid they would get caught. Any links or information or instructions would be greatly appreciated. Linda
