Judy, I boiled everything is a high salt solution. Everything… I had another snail free tank that I set up an extra filter and some gravel in to reseed the first tank after boiling everything. I didn’t lose any fish and within three days the water parameters were back where they needed to be. Oh, I also scrubbed the tank with a salt solution. It’s been about a month and no sign of snails.
