An Alliance? Perhaps?
My friend had this happen with her ball python and a little mouse…which she named Jerry and put in his own cage after being with the snake 3 days..She said she came home one day and found the mouse curled up on top of the snake sleeping!! She thought Jerry he was dead at first, but then he woke up and started begging for food!
Maybe they were friends in a former life? lol
