Ammonia problem

Hello friendly Koi friends. I have a 2000 gallon pond with over sixty wonderful Koi fish. Can you guess what my problem is? I have an Ultima II Filter and Tsunami pump which can handle up to 30- 35 fish no problem. However, now with Sisty fish my Ammonia readings are off the charts. Question, What plants will give me the best bang for the buck in helping me with this ammonia problem.( Or any other idea) I’m already doing water changes every other day and supplementing with Ammonia detox juice. I’m basically looking for hardy plant or plants that will help me stablize and remove the ammonia naturally.
Much Thanks to all that respond!
